About the Role
This is an opportunity to work across the business and gain hands-on exposure to how a growing organization operates—from factory operations and supply chain to field operations, aftersales, charging operations, finance, HR, and other HQ functions.
You will help us understand how work gets done, how systems support that work, where problems exist, and how we can make the business better.
You will work to document processes, analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities, support system enhancements, and help implement digital and automated solutions.
Scope
Process Analysis & Documentation
- Map and document business processes across different departments.
- Develop process flows, SOPs, work instructions, and RACI matrices.
- Identify process inputs, outputs, dependencies, and handoffs.
- Identify bottlenecks, duplication, waste, and process gaps.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Collect and analyse operational data.
- Support the development of business KPIs.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Analyse process performance and identify trends.
- Help teams use data to understand the root causes of problems.
Business Systems
- Understand how ERP and other business systems support business processes.
- System modeling and design
- Simulation tools
- Document system requirements.
- Support system improvement initiatives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify opportunities to improve system usage and data quality.
Continuous Improvement
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. (Like factory 2.0)
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or standardize processes.
- Support improvement projects from problem definition through implementation.
- Measure the impact of implemented improvements.
Automation & Digital Transformation
- Identify repetitive or manual activities that could be digitized or automated.
- Support workflow automation projects.
- Assist with digital forms, reporting, and workflow solutions.
- Explore practical applications of AI and automation.
- Help evaluate the potential business impact of new technologies.
Cross-Functional Exposure

What We're Looking For
Education
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, or currently completing a Bachelor's degree, in a relevant discipline.
Relevant backgrounds may include:
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Operations Management
- Business Administration
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Data Analytics
We are more interested in your ability to think, learn, analyse, and solve problems than in having a specific degree.
Technical Skills
Required
- Strong Microsoft Excel/google sheets skills.
- Understanding of basic process mapping
- Basic data analysis capability.
- Strong documentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to create clear presentations and process documentation.
Desirable
Experience or exposure to any of the following is an advantage:
- Power BI
- SQL or Python
- Power Automate (AI adoption)
- ERP systems
- Process mapping
- Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Data visualization
- Lean / Six Sigma
You do not need to know all of these.
